As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on purchases due to the handmade nature of our products. However if you receive a damaged product, a wrong item or if the purchased item doesn’t match the listing description, you can file for a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with relevant imagery and information about your order within 48 hours of delivery.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order is damaged during transit, we will assist with replacing the product. In this scenario, we will require an unboxing video and images of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, after which we will not be able to provide free replacement. We might request you for additional information and photos of the package to escalate this with the shipping partner.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit/debit card company to process and post the refund too.
